Rosetta-Orbiter RPCICA Earth Swing-by 2 Resampled Corrected Data

Abstract: This dataset contains corrected and RESAMPLED CALIBRATED DATA from the RPCICA instrument on mission ROSETTA during the second Earth swingby. RPC-ICA was on, but did not obtain any useful measurements.
