New Horizons Pluto Encounter Surface Composition Maps

Status: ARCHIVED

Abstract: The New Horizons Pluto Encounter Surface Composition data set contains map data from the Multispectral Visible Imaging Camera instrument and the Linear Etalon Imaging Spectral Array instrument on New Horizons during the Pluto encounter mission phase. Color, albedo, and absorption map data products are included for the CH4, N2, CO, and H2O species. This is VERSION 1.0 of this data set.
