ALICE EAR2 DATA SETS

This data set delivery from SwRI in June 2008 did not have many problems 
and passed validation at SBN very quickly.  All changes were made by LMF at 
SBN.

*Carriage-returns and linefeeds were missing from several document/ file
labels and several document/code file labels.  They are now included. 

*Split instrument host catalog file (ro.cat) so that it is PDS compliant.

*Removed software.cat and references to that file throughout the data set.
It is a PSA required file, but with no delivered software in the data set, 
it is not necessary in the PDS archive.

*Made some corrections in dataset.cat.  Start and stop times were wrong 
as well as some text that was not changed from the template for this data
set.

*Updated voldesc.cat and catinfo.txt to include checkout.cat in level 2 data.
