The EXTRAS directory contains the convert_pds_rpcmip.exe software for
converting PDS files in csv (comma separeted value) format.

The usage is ./convert_pds_rpcmip.exe [-h] [-d=directory]

  -h option display help
  -d=directory option indicate in which directory path are the TAB/LBL files.

If no directory is given, the software is looking for TAB/LBL files in
current directory.
