It also contains information about prior liens for this volume set.

The last 64 bits in each row of the ENGINEERING binary DAT files at this time cannot 
be validated by or read by software produced by PDS-SBN or PSA and should be used at 
your own risk. The LABEL directory does not currently accurately describe the data.

Issues identified in a science review held in 2016 have not been corrected yet in 
the current version (V1.0) of this dataset. Data and documentation must be used with 
caution.
