Data Set Overview

This collection contains documents describing the BOPPS 2014 mission. This 
includes the BOPPS 2014 SIS.

The BOPPS SIS contains a complete description of the BOPPS 
mission, the gondola observing platform, the telescope, and the BIRC 
instrument. It also describes the different data products and their data 
formats, the data processing steps, and calibration procedures. It also 
describes the ground calibration process that was done in order to 
generate the algorithm used to convert from DN to electrons.

This collection also contains brief overview documents for the mission and 
major parts of the observing system (gondola, telescope, and camera).
