Investigation (PEPSSI) Errata for all PEPSSI data sets.

1) DOCUMENT/PEP_BTI - Bad Time Interval TABLE
=============================================

The PEPSSI data are considered suspect for the first forty minutes after an
instrument power-on event, called a Bad Time Interval (BTI);  this file
lists those time windows.  The entire Post-launch commissioning mission
phase is also considered a BTI.
