The BROWSE directory provides a browse facility implemented as a web site     
to provide a method for viewing JPEG versions of the FITS data products in    
this data set.  The web site contains a main HTML index file, BROWSE.HTM,     
that links to daily HTML files that display a thumbnail and a full-frame      
JPEG image for each data product.  The entry point for accessing the web      
site is BROWSE.HTM.                                                           
                                                                              
The thumbnail files are the full-frame JPEG images resized to a smaller,      
consistent width and height of 256x256 pixels.  Note that the original        
image may not have a 1:1 aspect ratio, so objects in the thumbnail may        
appear distorted.  The brightness of some JPEG images may differ from the     
corresponding FITS images because of the stretch used when generating         
the JPEG images.
