There are some net-flats and other higher-order processed images which may    
not have values for standard keywords like START_TIME and STOP_TIME since     
they are compositions of images; consequently, the values are set to "N/A".   
For certain files (7120240b, 7171006b-7171009b, 7190002b-7190003b, 7190006b)  
the target in the FITS header was determined to be incorrect; consequnetly,   
the TARGET_NAME has been set to "SKY" as a default.   For the Jan, May and    
July observing periods, a similar designation of FIELD#N was used for the     
FITS keyword OBJECT.  From the log book and ephemeris, we have determined the 
OBJECT as follows: in Jan, Field#1 is centered on fragment Q1 and Field#2     
on E; in May, Field#1 - R,S,W, Field#2 - N,P2,Q1, Field#3 - H,K,L, Field#4 -  
E,F,G, Field#5 - A,B,C,D; and in July, Field#2 - Q1, Field#3 - K, Field#4 -P2.
