     This information file is located in the \DOCUMENT\OBSERVER directory,    
which contains files listing the names found in the OBSERVER keyword and the  
COMMENT ADD. OBS. (for "Additional Observers") records.  There is one file per
IHW Discipline, and the names contained in each are in alphabetical order.

     In these files, the first column provides the name as found in the FITS  
header file.  The second column gives the number of times that particular     
spelling of a name was found.  The third column is the sorted list of CD-ROM  
filenames in which the name was found.  Note that the spellings are as they   
were found in the headers.  No attempt has been made to correct variations in 
the spelling and/or intitals of a person's name.
