     This file describes the contents of the /SUMMARY/INDEX subdirectory for  
HAL_0023. The subdirectory contains copies of the "quick look" and "path      
table" indices from each of the mixed discs (HAL_0019 -- HAL_0023).  The sets 
of files for HAL_0019 through HAL_0023 includes the FITS header, the PDS      
label, the DBASE III structure and "dbf" files as well as the actual data file
QUIK_0nn.IDX and PATH_0nn.IDX (nn=19-23).                                     
                                                                              
     A number of errors that have been found in the QUIK and PATH files on the
previous mixed discs have been corrected in the versions found in this        
subdirectory.  IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THESE VERSIONS BE USED INSTEAD OF THE   
VERSIONS FOUND ON THE EARLIER MIXED DISCS.
