 o Correct ppmag.cat "International Ultraviolet Exporer".  This also is
   in every data label.

 o In all.tab, FES observations from IUE produce magnitudes out of line with
   other magnitudes.  Add a section to the data set catalog description of
   these values and the current best known conversion.  Contact Randy 
   Thompson, at StSci for this info (rthomp@stsci.edu).  (Conversion from
   instrumental counts to Johnson V magnitude for IUE/FES).  Also need to
   provide conversion from instrumental magnitude value in file back to 
   counts.

 o If possible, add field of view size to FES descriptions. 

 o Propagate IUE/FES information to daily labels as appropriate.
