The follow errata are reported for the Photometry and Polarimetry Network (or 
Discipline) of the IHW:                                                       
                                                                              
                                                                              
- GENERAL:  for a number of NARROW BAND measurements, the integration times   
  are not given; in these instances the original submissions only reported    
  "average" values.                                                           
                                                                              
- FILE-NUM= 520102  (September 20, 1985)                                      
  The value of the keyword NAXIS2 in the extension header is given incorrectly
  (as 15; correct value is 10).                                               
                                                                              
- There is a total of three files where the filter name is given incorrectly  
  (as H20+; correct value is H2O+).  The FILE-NUM values (and corresponding   
  dates) are:                                                                 
     500576  (October 14, 1985)                    500029  (April 21, 1986)   
     500583  (October 15, 1986)                                               
                                                                              
- FILE-NUM= 500510  (December 6, 1985)                                        
  There is a format error in the data record of this file.  Starting with the 
  radial offset from nucleus, all remaining values should be shifted right one
  column.                                                                     
                                                                              
- FILE-NUM= 520817 & 520845  (December 9, 1985)                               
  The data record in both these files should only consist of two lines (the   
  correct lines are the first and the fifth).  The second through fourth line 
  should be removed.                                                          
                                                                              
- FILE-NUM= 562169 & 562170  (March 4, 1986)                                  
  The date of observation is given correctly in the FITS header, while it is  
  given incorrectly (as March 3) in the data record.                          
                                                                              
- There is a total of six files that were accidentaly included in preparing   
  the archive and thus assigned unique file names.  The FILE-NUM values (and  
  corresponding dates) are:

  value of the keyword OBSERVER is blank.
