 o Lori has list of spelling/grammar errors to be fixed.

 o Halley target file has no units.

 o Add START_TIME to filelist.tab.

 o Add units to pixel angular scale if possible.

 o Remake Part 1 tar file - missing 198412 and 198509.

 o Add table VI (Filter Characteristics) from summary volume to documentation.

 o There is one file where "H2O" is "H20" (as in nnsn1999).

 o Filelist.tab entry for nnsn1999 filter name is different from what's in
   the file label.  This is common and may be a regular expression problem.
   Re-generate this table with this in mind.
