 o Pull null result files into a single simple table and remove the null
   headers.

 o dataset.cat: Refers to data in "arbitrary units".  Add a note stating that
   these are most likely in "F_lamba".

 o In all label that mention "HYA 106", add the more common name of the
   star (HD 29461).

 o See if it is possible to get IR fluxes for HYA 106 from Roger Knacke or
   Tim Brooke, or confirm that the Campins et al. (1985), AJ 90, p 896 were
   used in these reductions.

 o M. Sitko has a list of files where units are off by factors of 10 with
   respect to the comments taken from the FITS header.  In all cases this
   requires editing of the copied FITS comments.

 o File 44 has units of ergs rather than W/m*2.  Different is a factor of 
   10**7 (divide to get W/cm**2).  Fluxes should be of same order as those
   in file 45.

 o Change all FITS comment references to "1.0E-19 W/cm2/micron" to same
   format.

 o Remove all NOTE fields that are errata from Mark A. re: spectral 
   resolution vs wavelength increment range (in file).

 o File 59: In column 2, change "up" to "up (NE)".
   File 58: In column 2, change "down" to "down (SW)".
