IHW IRSN Infrared Filter Sets

Description:

Information on 22 different filter sets used for infrared imaging, 
photometry, and polarimetry during the IHW are described. This includes:

  Observatory
  Instrument
  Filter Name
  Central Wavelength
  Effective Wavelength (often mutually exclusive with above)
  Bandpass
  Manufacturer (sometimes)

Individual transmission curves are available for 7 sets, and are included 
in the IHW IRSN Infrared Filter Curves data base.

Get bandpass data for KAO flux measurements (Campins) and add to the list. 
Wavelengths are provided in the Photometry Data sets.

CTIO 8-channel Infrared Spectrometer seems to be missing from the list – 
there are data in the IR Photometry Catalog that include a “3.291” filter 
that is not in this list (#141,143,169,171,172,175). Get this information 
and add additional filter set to list

Filter Set #3 includes 3 visible-wavelength IHW filters – UV, Blue, and 
Red Continuum – Moved or Remove
