o While adding a link this data set on the SBN mission page for DI,
  I noticed the observing years (1983-2005) do not match START_TIME
  and STOP_TIME, and the data tables seem to start in 1989, not 1983.

o Consider changing DATA_SET_TERSE_DESC to 
  "McDonald Observatory Spectroscopy of 9P/Tempel 1 by A. Cochran"?

o Consider changing DATA_SET_NAME to 
  "MCDONALD OBSERVATORY 9P/TEMPEL 1 SPECTROSCOPY V1.0"?
