Add a reference to the "Deep Impact MRI Photometry Report" (in the document
directory) to the dataset.cat.  If possible, add this report to the next
update of the DI documentation set.

The precision of the time should also include modifying the time columns so
that both reflect the true accuracy/precision of the data.

Remove delimiters from data table files.

Investigate the true accuracy of the time values (Julian Date and UTC) in
the data tables, and what corrections have actually been applied, then
update the tables and labels accordingly.

Add a column to indicate spacecraft-comet range to the photometry table.
