Observing Log for Keck I LWS Tempel 1 Images Acquired 21 August 2000

This file describes the images that make up the reduced dataset from the      
Keck I telescope acquired on UT 21 August 2000. The instrument was the LWS.   
Only half of each night (the second half) was awarded for this project.       
                                                                              
In all, we observed only 3 targets    The comet Tempel 1, the standard star   
beta Andromedae, and the relative calibrator phi 1 Ceti.  Resulting           
photometry data were published by Fernandez et al. in Icarus in 2003          
[FERNANDEZETAL2003].

Mostly thin cirrus, best night of the three.  116 raw files total, of which   
84 are ours, files 1-28 and 61-116. Of these 84, 49 were of the 3 science     
targets (22 of beta And, 13 of phi 1 Cet, and 14 of Tempel 1).
