o Need to add a reference for the standard star magnitudes.

o In the dataset.cat file, define the star catalog abbreviations.

o If possible, scan log sheets into document files and add to the document/
  subdirectory.

o Add a synopsis of the weather conditions to the data set description in the
  dataset.cat file.

o Add operating temperature for the H3+ filter, and indicate whether this 
  corresponds the nominal temperature for the band pass given in the 
  data set description.  Also add "delta_lambda/lambda = " prior to the
  "0.5%" in the band pass entry.

o If possible, add TARGET_DESC to hold the actual name of calibration stars
  to PDS labels; alternately, add supplemental index to contain the basic
  file parameters.

o Add a description of the method used to derive spectrophotometry from these
  images, with a reference to the spectroscopy data set.
