1) run encounter_sim_setup.prc first
2) since using the new flight computer, need to upload additional
  alignment matrix parameter block to the test bed, called..

   V307_test_pbl3.prc  (run this after running encounter_sim_setup.prc)
   Additional g&c setup per Gabe..

3) make sure met is well before 43152660

4) run TRACKTEST_UPLOAD_127_1.prc -  (loads is the short test) 

5) run tt_load_dpu_macros.prc     (load dpu macros)    

6) run L0C0H130_crisp_tpu_ds.prc  (load the ephem to TPU) 

8) rtc  CRS_CA_RESET

9) rtc  CRS_CA_START good_target (FIRST TIME, wait until after 
                                   first slew has completed in seq)
10) rtc  GC_CRISP_RL_CORR  1 (== use roll correction)

11) rtc  GC_CA  enable

12) rtc  CD_TIME 43152600

13) rtc  cd_macro_exec_1016

to repeat:

start on line 6 above
load new ephem, etc...
