Mission Sim 1

This was the first of the Mission Simulations. It executed during the 
first week in December, 2001.  Only two instruments were available on
the spacecraft at the time of this mission simulation: CFI and the 
NGIMS brassboard. 

We constructed a very simplified encounter sequence as the primary 
instrument test. See the file msim1_seqdescription.asc for a 
brief outline of the CFI imaging in this test.  See the file
